Well this ain't gonna be an exception if it's a 5.0 and its got a normal 302 in it now. It's not that hard but it could be simpler.
You need to find out for sure what year the motor is (check the block casting number) before we can tell you what you'll need. Also look and see if it has a roller cam because you'll need a distributor to match it.
The intake will work for sure, so will the timing cover and water pump, but the pullies might not line up because the 5.0L balancer looks like it sticks out farther
