Default 2005 Mustang clutch problem

I own a 2005 V6 manual mustang, and I am having problems with my clutch. Ford installed a new one under warranty at 24000km because the clutch was warped, and now my car is having the same problem. I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else and what I can do about it?

Was it shuddering when you take off, just letting it out? And it is doing the same now?
It might be that it has warped pressure plates, too. Maybe they just replaced the friction plate.

i have an 07 mustang v6 manual, and i've had the exact same problem with the clutch. i bought the car new and have only had it for about 6 or 7 months. about 12000 km on the car. the car did shudder like you mentioned, i recently took the car in for a second service, and the clutch feels like it is slipping. i wonder if this will be covered under warranty cuz the ford tech says it will cost my like 2300 bucks to fix if its not
