Default Hard start in my 1991 Mustang GT, bad cable?

My car star cold good, in normal temperature it star with difficulty. Have new starter ( one year less) two month ago I change negative cable from block to batterie but not solenoid to starter . Bad cable , bad starter or both???

thats funny, or maybe not, mine was doing that ,i pulled out my starter to replace it, the store tested it and said it good? i did not believe them, had my battery tested it was bad, may want to test the battery?big G

I would definitely check the battery, heat can play tricks on it.
