1999 mustang power window problem

OK i have a 99 mustang, the power windows stopped, working on both sides and you dont hear any noise. How do i tell what can be the problem and how can i fix i dont know much about fixing cars? Help, Thank You!

Hiya, welcome to the site.
Usually when the windows stop working, it the electrical motor, especially when you don't hear anything at all. Does the passenger window work with the passenger switch? You might need new motors to both, they tend to go out without warning.
