Default air bag light stays on

The air bag light stays on. It keeps blowing the fuse and it also makes a clicking noise in the steering wheel. Please help.

Thanks in Advance

You need to use a scanner to pull the airbag codes. If it is making a noise in the column your clockspring may be broken. If your rack and pinion has been disconnected lately and the wheel wasn't centered and was allowed to turn one way or another it can break the clockspring after reinstallation.
