Default 2001 Mustang V-6 Engine Swap to 351w

I have a 2001 Ford Mustang v-6 at. My question is im wanting to drop in a 351-w, How would i go about this. Will it just drop in and bolt up to the stock K-frame and motor mounts? and im wanting to change it from at to 5-speed, wut tranny & bell houseing should i use.? & Could i just use exh from the 94-95 mustang? Someone Please help.

You'll need a 94-95 K member and mounts and 94-95 351W-swap exhaust parts.

Thanx for the info, Do you think tranny wise, I could just use the 94-95 tranny 5-speed, Im just not sure about the Shifter lineing up with the whole in the car.

All the 94-98 transmissions were the same length (roughly) and the same shifter position.
