Unhappy 2000 Mustang fuel system problem?

For the past week my 2000 Mustang has been acting up. When I try to accelerate the car starts shaking and jumping, almost like it is running out of gas. I had the spark plugs and wires replaced, the air filter, and the fuel filter. I am thinking it is the fuel pump but I am not too sure. I plan on taking it to the shop but I want an idea of what could possibly be wrong with it.

did you blow a header on it? I had a toyota before and i blew the head gasket on it, had to junk it.Could the fuel line be clogged??? it could be a misfiring spark plug or if you've changed anything on it could could of misplaced or put on the wires to the coil pack on to the wrong header. My husband did that and it would not go over 40 and when it did it shimmed really bad.
