any of you fellas from the massachusetts or new hampshire area???? you go to shows at new england dragway or anywhere else...im in tewksbury mass..and NONE of my friends have stangs...im looking to meet some new faces this spring please hit me up...maybe even try to start a new club????

I live in the Greater Concord, NH area. I am not what folks would call a “Mustang Enthusiast” though. I just enjoy my car. But I do like going to car shows of all types and was in last year’s Fun Spot Mustang Show put on by the NH Mustang Club….. just for kicks. But I can’t show my car this year… she was hit this spring and I am still getting her back in shape.

I'm new to this Board, but not to Mustangs/ Fast Fords. I live in Bradford, MA and will soon move about 20 miles closer to Epping and New England Dragway!!! I just started racing my 85 GT this year. I have a lot of New England Mustang contacts who'd be interested in this Board, and especially in some kind of get together!
I look forward to meeting a lot of Mustangers!

I used to live right next door to you in Groveland. Two years ago I moved out of Mass up into southern Maine near Kittery. I'd love to come hang with you all but once spring hits and the engine is back in the stang, she's getting traded.

I'm not sure if their doing race nights at New England Dragway yet but if they are I'm going to start going up on Wednesday nights. I don't own my stang anymore and will be running my Impala SS but it would be cool to hook up with some friends. Let me know if any of you all want to go up some night.
I'm from Wareham, Mass. It's about 5 minutes away from the Cape Cod Canal. I'll be heading up to New England Dragway for the Fun Ford Weekend in August. I hope to be doing the "True Street Challenge."

Okay, there are a bunch of shows that happen in the area. First of all, I live in Lynn and go to most of these shows. There is a show at Mustangs Unlimited. The next one is actually June 14th in Manchester, CT. It is about a 2 hour drive. They typically have over 200 cars there. The judging sucks but it's a nice show to see what everyone is doing to their cars.
Then you have the Fun Ford Weekend (FFW) on August 21 and 22 at New England Dragway. What can be better, car show AND drag racing. I went last year and loved it.
Then later in September there is another show at Mustangs Unlimited. You can go to www.mustangsunlimited.com and look in the top banner for "Car Shows" for all the details.
Hopefully we'll see you all in June. If anyone is interested in cruising up there I typically leave around 6-6:30 AM in order to get there, set up and get some of the road filth off the car before the show begins.
