Default Attention Pa. stangers
Has anyone in Pa. completed the form (MV-426B) to be exempt from smog
inspection and testing? I have the form but haven't completed it yet because there is a long list of requirements the car must meet..
I was just wondering if anyone has filled it out yet and got an "exempt" sticker for their car yet?

I had this post in the regional forums but it was getting much traffic so I moved it here.

haha my car is exempt either way. 1966 ford mustang. but havnt heard anything about this. why are you questioning ? think it is a scam?

No, it's not a scam because I have to form to fill out right here. You have to apply for a MODIFIED title and do a bunch of crap before you get one...like take pics of the car, list all mods done, supply all receipts of parts added....it's not an easy task.
I just wanted to know if anyone has jumped through all the hoops and got one yet?
