I don't know squat about the northeast but Keystone Automotive Industries has four locations in MA. This company deals in aftermarket collison parts but also is well know for wheel remanufacturing. If you have a late model car they can probably help. If it is a classic - I don't know - call them and see. Retail price for most reman alloy wheels is $179.
