Hey everyone, my club is doing a cruise and I just wanted to throw it out there and invite any and all Mustang enthusiasts who want to have fun.
The Blue Oval Mustang Club will be meeting at 1:00 PM on Sunday, June 24 at the King Street Intermediate School parking lot (151 South King Street Danbury, CT 06811). As with all BOMC events all Mustang owners who would like to have a great time are invited. The cruise will take us from our meeting location over to Candlewood Lake and then finally to The Cookhouse Restaurant in New Milford (http://www.thecookhouse.com). Along the way we will encounter beautiful scenery, fun roads and views of Candlewood Lake. If not a member of BOMC please pre-register for the cruise by emailing us at blueovalclub@aol.com.

Girls are like phones. We love to be held, talked to but if you press the wrong button you will be disconnected! Warning: I have an attitude and I know how to use it. __________________________________________________ 2006 Mustang GT

mustangpro,
As it turns out, i am going to be in East Haven that morning.
Maybe I could time it to catch you between Meriden & Waterbury...
I would have to catch 691 from 91 and meet you on 84... or are you going a different route than 84?
PM me a cell phone number and I'll try to coordinate with your run...
Is there a rest-stop on 84 somewhere along that route???

It was great meeting you on the cruise! Your car sounds awesome by the way. Thanks for taking the pics, they are great. Sorry I have not had a chance to log on sooner since the day of the cruise; I have been super busy at the shop and yes I did fix the leaky pinion seal. We are working on our next cruise for Sunday July 22nd, check in this forum for the thread!

Thanks, it was fun.
500 miles round trip, 27.1 MPG average for the day.
So did the seal take "15 minutes" like your buddy said?
I'm guessing a few more than that.

It took about 35 min to replace the seal, not quite the 15 min advertised lol, but still a quick job. However its nothing I wanted to do prior to cruising. We have pics from the cruise up on our forum, join up and check them out! http://purewhp.invisionzone.com/inde...wtopic=3007&hl=.
