Default Steve Saleen Files Suit Against MJ Acquisitions
The purchase and reinstatement of the Saleen brand by MJ Acquisitions has not gone very smoothly. And Steve Saleen has something to say about it. Mr. Saleen, and his new company, SMS Supercars, have just filed a lawsuit against MJ Acquisitions to protect his name. But is it legally viable?

Hey look there is only one right reply to this, If you want a Saleen Mustang, you buy it from SMS Supercars, Because he is Saleen and only he has his name and reputation.....

That's very interesting... although I guess when you need money, you'll sell rights to anything - including your name... the sad thing is, you never know how it will be used... It will be VERY interesting to watch this case progress!
