possible lengthen or shorten the drive shaft, and maybe swap out the front yoke as the spline count/configuration might be different
tranny mount might also not line up, so some modifications possibly there as well..
another difference might be the flywheel thickness and flex plate throw..
location of the shift fork support compared to opening in the bell housing...
imo, slap it in and work away at it..
could turn out to be a simple swap, maybe not, not something i'd expect to do in a night tho..could be a few weeks of piecing things together
