I got a 2000 V6 Mustang for my graduation. So far I've added a dual-exhaust (flowmaster), and I'm working on a K&N intake.

I've realized how hard it is to come by parts for the V6.

Any suggestions on what parts to get for added HP.

Another thing what would be more effective, an air ram shaker or a intercooler for a turbo/super charger?

I heard the upgraded coilpack for the v6 is a good bang for the buck upgrade.

air ram is not going to do much and an intercooler wont do anything unless you have the turbo/supercharger, on a v6 i would just recommend saving your money and either going turbo/supercharged or buy a GT later down the road, the bolt on mods just dont do much of anything

He was asking FOR either of them, not before he got them. I would say an intercooler would probably do you more good, but honestly a good CAI is a nice start on any V6 and it is a stand alone item.

Then look into an underdrive pully to free up some HP as well.

Bolt-ons can indeed do much for a V6... just like they can for V8s.

I just got bought a 2000 V6 Mustang.

I looked up some stuff for mine....There is a performance chip out there as well as headers, cold air intake, and throttle body spacer.
