Default I want to hear about blow off valves
I do not need to know how they work! I'm looking for what brand you are running and why you pick that particular one.

So far I’m down to Greddy Type R (sorry that’s the name) and HKS SSQV. Are there any other suggestions?

I've been to probably every site there is on blow-off valves. Do not want to go to any more.

I am really looking for somebody running a blow-off valve. I want to hear what they are running, why and how is it working?

Quiet or loud I don't really care. There is not a need to be pretty also. My main concern is function. I want it to do it's job!

its on a '91 MR2T. normal boost is 17psi but he has seen 21psi on occasion.

'91 MR2T, 4cyl that explains the "S" valve. Does it work quick, opens and closes fast? Seals tight with no leaks?
