Default 1993 Mustang 331 stroker/powerdyne: Help me pick out some heads!

I'm going to run about 10psi of boost in my lx hatch with a 331 stroker and powerdyne supercharger. My pistons are a 10cc d-cut. I need to get a new set of heads other than my gt-40p ones that will most likely blow my motor up. They need to be aluminum. Need to pick out a cam too. I'm looking to get into the 10.80's with this setup. Someone with some experience please help! What crompression ratio should I use with 10psi? I'm running a carb motor too if that changes anything. Most likely a proform 850 blow through with a victor jr. intake manifold. Please help! I'm in desperate need of some real world answers

Hiya, welcome to the site.

I'd recommend with that amount of boost, the AFR 185, Dart Pro 1 195, Brodix M1, TFS High Port, these will all support that setup you have planned.

For the cam, I'd suggest this one

Comp Cams Blower cam, part number 276HR, grind number 35-312-8. It has .544/.560 lift, 276/280 duration, 220/224 duration at .050 lift, a 114 degree LCA and a powerband from 2000-6000. It works well with a 5 speed, needs better heads and intake, and is for either a carbed engine or EFI. It's a hydraulic roller for no maintenance.

Ask me why I ran "only" a 13.54.
