I know it can be done. Right now, when the blower vents its boost ie. when i shift, it is just recirculated into the intake. has anyone played around and gotten it to vent to the outside and go psssst like a ricer? I just thought it would be fun once in awhile. And im curious.

And a followup question. I see alot of guys with this setup gettin whp numbers real close to 500. All I can see is that they have sct tuners. Should i get one? Just add that on top of what I already have?

I don't see why you associate the "psst" sound with ricers. Thats normally the sound you hear when a blow off valve vents air.

I honestly don't know how Whipple superchargers are setup, but I don't think you can run a blow off valve on one. not 100% sure but I don't think thats possible.

the shop that put the kit on for me said its possible, and that they wouldnt do it cuz its a ricey mod. which i agree.
the sound itsself isnt rice, but modifying a system that works fine just to make the sound IS ricey. Thats more what i meant.

Well I guess if your just modifying it for that reason (the sound) and no other purpose it might fall under that category...
