Default Assess this Nitrous/Fuel Situation:

The 95 GT with 73,000 miles on it currently has the following mods:

E303 Cam
1.6 Proform RR's
Comp Springs
Explorer upper/lower intake
65mm BBK throttle Body
77mm Pro-M MAF w/ K&N
MAC Headers through no Cats and 40s 2 chamber Flowmasters
MSD 6A and MSD Coil
14 Degrees Timing with 24Autolites
Ford Aluminum Driveshaft
Underdrive Pulleys

Other non engine mods are:
3.55 Gears
Ford Subframe Connectors
Mickey Thompson ET Streets
King Cobra Clutch
Pro 5.0

Will the stock fuel system handle a 75 shot of nitrous now?

Well, the kits always say the fuel system will handle up to a 150 shot, but its always better to be safe than sorry and upgrade the fuel pump. Most will say 190 lph will be needed. I just bought a brand new 155 lph pump for 50 including shipping, so if you shop around, the upgrade can be real inexpensive. Also when using nitrous, get a fuel pressure safety switch that will cut the nitrous off if the fuel pressure drops below a certain pressure. You can adjust it, but I would set it to atleast 40 psi. With using the fuel pressure safety switch, you could run the stock pump, but I wouldn't recommend it. Thats just my opinion.

No forged, so what does that mean my limit is?

To be perfectly honost (knock on wood) I'm not worried about the internals of my 5.0 until I hit 400 HP.

i would ask NOS to get the best info they have a very good tech line. as for your fuel system, dry nitrous sytems limit fuel going back to the tank to give you a safe A/F ratio.
