Gotcha covered. Paxton makes one specific for the 1985 5.0 Mustang, you'll have to convert to a 4150 style carb with mechanical secondaries.

Procharger should make a carb s/c too. Check out the specs on both systems and see which ones is better. I know for my S197 the new Procharger Units and Impellers were far better then any thing out at that time.

Just do some more reading and take your time before you commit to any thing

Make sure you get the B&M upgrade with the 8/10 rib belt..........I had the same unit with the 6rib belt and that thing sucked ass.......you put any supercharger out there on a carb, you just need a carb hat or enclosure..

this is what you need:
eBay Motors: Procharger P600B Intercooled cog system 79-93 mustang (item 330226537130 end time Apr-12-08 18:12:35 PDT)
