personally I would look at Upper & lower intake manifolds, pulley's, mass air, or throtlle body. Or save your money and get some heads.

CAI would not cost you to much. And it would help you out.

Definately free up more with the headers and maybe switching out the rest of the exhaust with some catless pipes, and some flowmasters or something for the mufflers.

Headers would be my next go from there, and if you can afford it, mayble also a nice uppwer and lower intake. I seen Trickflow had some nice packages that included both the Upper and Lower intakes, Heads, and all new gaskets and bolts and everything, the heads came rpe assempled. I think the only thing it didn't include was roller rockers. That is gona be a lot more than $700 bucks tho!!!

For that price range I think I would look into upgrading the exhaust more-so than you have already.

Dont mess around with 10-15 hp mods.
Get gears it will feel better than everything you have done to your car all put together.
