Default Oil Change with Supercharger 1993 Mustang LX

I bought a 93 mustang LX that has a Paxton Novi 1000 supercharger on it. I did my first oil change this past weekend. When I pulled the plug out of the oil pan I only got about 2 quarts of oil out. I had to start the motor to get about 3 additional quarts out. I put back in 5 quarts and the oil level is reading high on the dipstick. I am new to the supercharger world and am wondering what the correct steps are for changing oil in a supercharged mustang.

Default Oil change W/supercharger

There is no difference in the way you change your oil in a supercharged
car . When you changed your oil did you remove BOTH drain plugs on the oil pan? One is on the front, and one is on the bottom rear of the pan.
