Ok i want to install a zex kit prolly just the 75 shot to start with, whats the deal with all the "extras"(190lph fuel pump, bottle heater, purge thingy, colder plugs, ect) i want this to be very safe and thats my only concern. what do i have to ge for it to be able to handle the 75 or the 100 shot, or can i run the 125 shot?
I can tell you what Ineeded for a safe 100 shot on a 94/95 GT. Now I have the upper end worked on (heads/intake/tb/maf/etc.) so I needed a little more fuel. I installed 30 lb injectors/255 fuel pump/fuel pressure regulator to supply all the fuel requirments. As far as purge, it looks cool, but it's purpose is to clear the system of any air so you get a full shot. The bottle warmer is nice to keep bottle temp at the perfect pressure..lower the pressure lower the shot. Installed two degree cooler spark plugs, and retarded the timing two degress. I also run a little torqoue race gas to keep the octane up when racing. I strongley reccomend a tune on the dyno to make sure yor air fuel is good and safe. I hade a duel chip installed, this enables me to run a tune NA or on the nitrous. That way the car can run pig rich when on the bottle. Hope this helps.

Thanx jules, any clue if i could run a 75 shot on a stock fuel system? i'd change the plugs, but i have a 97 so i'd have to buy a timing adjuster to mess with that. i guess i'm trying to find out what i can run with just the kit for now (until i get some more cash)

From there site:
Do I need to upgrade my fuel kit to use your kit?
* Our kit was designed and tested for use with stock fuel kits. It will perform properly on stock and mildly modified engines, i.e. header, K&N filter, exhaust, etc. If major modifications have been performed, i.e. camshafts, heads, porting work, intake manifolds, etc. It is strongly recommended that a fuel pump and injector upgrade be performed on your engine before using your ZEX nitrous kit.
So that answers your question, they have great customer support for questions and concerns...give em a call, you said your a little bored because of the snow. lol Call them at 1-800-817-1008..let me know what they tell ya. Good luck.

I moved your post to the power adder section cause I figured you'd get better responses here. You have your private messages turned off so I couldn't tell you where I moved it to.
thanx matt i'm new to this and i just remember aol and how annoying it is having people randomly im me.. so i turned it off. i'll turn it on now tho. i think the messeging thing is different here

I am not a fan of NO2 due to the fact that it can be a lot more expensive than a supercharger if you do major damage or don't know what your doing. Plus its not always going to be there you will run out, so all it is is false horsepower and doesn't give you power all the way across the board.
i've stopped with he nos i'm gunna try and go withthe headswap, its about 50 rwhp and it'll be there all the time , with my 3.73's it'll pul like a mother.

So true it will run out but as far as power across the board, I disagree. Looking at my dyno sheet, once the tps is engaged full, the power increase drops of slightly at redline, where the torque actually increase to the redlilne...not to shabby!! Don't forget a ton of us would love to have a blower, it's just not financially possible, 125 shot of nitrous can be under $500...which can fit most budgets.
