Default Kenne Bell install question, 2001 Mustang

hey folks.. quick question, I am installing a 1.7 Twin Screw on my 2001 Saleen and ran into what seems to be a odd occurrence... has anyone experienced any issues with the upper heater hose being too short once the intake has been replaced with the KB set up..

I am not sure if it has to do with the direction of the coolant neck return .. The car originally had the plastic crossover and not the newer replacement aluminum crossover and it appears it is facing more inward that the stock one I have.. Ford only seems to list one upper radiator hose for my car.. 2001 GT 4.6 2v . My install mechanic ran into an issue today with the hose being too short .. KB doesn't seem to include any special hoses for this so I am curious as to if anyone else has every heard of this or personally experienced it during a KB install.. ??

Are you talking about the upper radiator hose or the heater hose. My K/B kit came with a new upper radiator hose.
