Lets look at the basics and that is what do you know anout this car.
Are you the only owner? If so, look how it has been driven. If it has been owned by others, figure it has been driven hard. It is a seven year old car with a average of about 15,700 miles a year. Not to bad mileage I guess. How mechanically inclined are you? If you are mechanically inclined, or have a good buddy that is, do you have a place to work on it, and do the mainteance on it should something go wrong?
Hell, I have a 93 with 130tho miles on it, and I am looking to supercharge it. I although have a full shop to work on it at, am pretty mechanically inclined, and what i am clueless about, have friends that have the knowledge to get me along. I am also going to do a full rebuild on the engine tho before throwing the SC on just to make sure that engine is up to the task of what I am gona put it through.
Just figure that putting a superchager on your car is going to make it slightly more high maintenance. Maintenance can be cheaper if your able to do it all, if you are having to take it to shops tho, it is gona get a lot more expenisive, and then you also have to look out for the shops that are going to try to take advantage of you, and charge you for crap you don't need.
But lets face it, a SC car can be so much more fun than no SC!
