Smile Camshaft or heads for 2000 4.6 mustang
I need advice on which of the following I should install for better power.
1. Just install competition camshafts with better spings on stock heads or should I go with stage 2 heads or maybe stage 3 heads? Please let me know your advise on which I should go with. Thanks

If the heads come with bigger cams then of course you'll gain the most from a head swap. But if your talking about putting stock cams back in built heads, I'd just do a good set of cams with the stock heads.
