Default 1991 Mustang 5.0 Head Swap Question

I have a 91 Mustang 5.0 (fuel injected). I am wanting to do a head swap, I plan on buying new a new Cobra upper and lower plenum. My question is...when I am looking at heads, is there a certain type of head that I need to buy for a fuel injected car, or are they the same as carbureated?

I put GT40P heads and upper and lower plenum from a 5.0 ford explorer on my 5.0. Basicly the same as cobra. I found them on EBay for around $500.00 complete heads and plenum. 1995 to early 1997 have gt40 heads and the later have the gt40p heads. On the P heads you will need new headers to fit them and there a little more expensive. Mac and Ford racing make them. If moneys no object then buy some good aluminum heads.

Thanks. I was actually looking at getting a set of TrickFlow heads, but I am just not sure if there is a difference in the heads for a fuel injected car vs a carbureated car.
