What kind of gain would I get from the air to air intercooler?
I am sending my sct programmer out for a custom tune, I am going to run 60 lb injectors with 90 mm Maf (sct big air) I have x pipes and a cat back exhaust, C&L plenum and a 75mm throttle body. What kind of gain would I be looking at as far as horses go with the supercharger and intercooler added.
I already have the supercharger, injectors, 255 lpm fuel pump, etc sitting in my basement not put on yet. I have new spark plugs, and syn oil, should I change anything else before the supercharger install?
I have a bunch of suspension upgrades to put on as well but that's another topic.
Oh this is all going on an 02 gt convertable.
Thanks in advance

You don't need a BOV with a supercharger and in my opinion they sound stupid. The Vortec 2's come with a bypass valve that prevents air surges, a BOV would only provide lame entertainment. You don't look at gains from an intercooler, rather you're supercharger system as a whole. With you're setup, you can expect about a 50-55% gain in hp and tq. You need to upgrade your ignition system if you haven't already (at least the dist. & coil). When adding a supercharger system, you need to remember that with all this extra added power there is going to be a lot more stress placed on your engine internals. With this being said, take it easy when you drive and don't drive your engine hard, it can't handle it. Best thing to do is upgrade to forged internals. Also, flush and fill your transmission with a high performance fluid.
