not to put down twhat leo said but i would definetly not get an intake if you plan on supercharging or something. You wont be using a cold air intake once you get a supercharger or turbo.
if your trying to get a particular amount of horsepower you need to know this, since your new you probably think your car has 210 horsepower and a GT has 300, this is not how much horsepower you really have, and GT has around 260-265, v6's have around 170.
I Turbo'd my car and it made 313 rwhp and 377 torque, the torque is absolutely amazing.
There are other mods you can do before spending all the big bucks that can be used later when you go supercharged or turbocharged.
I would invest in a driveshaft and a different rear end, the driveshaft will run you $500 and a new rear end (which includes the ability to have both your tires spin when you launch the car when currently only one does) and in the rear end you get you can have a set of gears already installed which is often the first mod v6 people do.
Other then that i would also invest in a tuner, i prefer the SCT XCal3 or xcal2, you wont see much in gain without a Cold air intake but you will need it down the road for almost all of your future mods such as the supercharger.
