It's been awhile since I have been to this site. I have been making my home at
www.LegendLimeRegistry.com . I have added a Paxton Novi 2200 to my 2005 Mustang GT Vert. Part of the install was adding 2 GT Supercar Fuel Pumps. I thought everything was OK until the dyno. This install was done by a local vender in Huntington Beach, CA. Here is the issue.
At 5200 my fuel pressure goes from 60 psi to 36 psi. I reach 403 rwhp and 390 torgue, but it stays that way. The dnyo/tuner is staing that there is a voltage decrease causing this issue. Also at 5200 my air/fuel changes to be lean, which is not good.
I have talked with Dave at
www.BrenSpeed.com and he has installed numerous Paxton's with 2 GT Supercar Fuel Pumps and stated that I do not need to change any wiring or adding an addtional Mustang GT Fuel Pump Module.
I also have talked with
www.GTRhipo.com about my issue. They stated that a Kenne Bell Boost-A-Pump is the way to go.
So, my question to you is,
Do I have my local vender add another Mustang GT Fuel Pump Module for the other GT Supercar Fuel Pump?
Do I have my Mustang GT Fuel Pump re-installed and have a Kenne Bell Boost-A-Pump installed? or
Have my Mustang GT Fuel Pump, one GT Supercar Fuel Pump installed?
I am lost now a nd wish some of you would put your input on this. I am located in Tustin,CA and if you know another local Mustang vender, that would be great.
Thanks for your help,
Tom
