V1 vs. V2 S trim

i know one is quiet and one isnt, but is there a difference in the power that they make? the sleeper idea would be cool, but i wouldnt want to not have as much power to be quiet.

so are you saying that the V2 is slightly better than the V1 even though its supposed to be quieter?
