Is this a good price for a used vortech?

I am interested in buying this guys used vortech sq s/c that he currently has on his 99 GT. It is the polished unit and will come with 38# injectors, chip, and fuel pump for $2600. i have a 2002, other than needing new bolts to install it will everything else work ok and is the price inline with used ones? Also would i be able to use the supplied vorterch chip until i get a dyno tune next month? Thanks

I'm not sure if the 99 kit will work on a 2002. The water pump lengths are different. I don't know if this effects the pulleys or not. Also I know in 2002 we have a one piece harmonic balancer/ crankshaft pulley. I don't know if it matters. They might have different brackets. Some stuff to look into. Goodluck to you

see if you can contact vortech and ask them. or check and see if the offer a different kit for the 99 and your 02.
