Default tired of all the nitrous questions?

well this is about cold air intake.
So im a little confused here. I heard that a Shiny/Chrome/Polished whatever CAI is worse than a colored one because it attracts heat or something. Is this true.

yes it is. The polished or crome intakes are of course metal. metal heat soaks more than plastic so they can increase the intake temp. The crome or polished is just for looks. But unless you are looking to try and pull a few extra hp that you will only see on the dyno and not feel on the road I would not worry about it.
