Default Methonal Ijection Help

i just installed a methanol injection system on my 99 gt
i have a vortech “s” trim witch is for the most part just the way
vortech sends them to you except i put larger fuel injectors in
i’m waiting on a steeda cranck triger to arrive so i can adjust the
timing.
i just put on a prochamber pipe and magnaflow cat back system
i have 3:73 gears a beefed up trac lock mac upper and lower control
arms with intrax lowering springs i also only run streat tires
dunlop 335x35x17 rear not the best for launching at the trac but it
helps save the torc boxes and i love the look
anyway has anybody done any tuning with a methanol injection
system yet (snow performance) if so could you let me know were
you started and any helpful tips
i do have some dyno time slated for mid april but i don’t want to be
going in blind
with a starting point for timing and wear to start the injection

Don't know too much about the timming. Try timing it as you would with any other S/C engine. The timing you would use with the injection on is several degrees more advanced that with the injection off. A timing retard box would be perfect for this application. WOT is probably the best place to use it. Don't take my word for it. this is what I have read from tech articals.

I would like to know about the kit. Is it worth getting?
