If I had the money, time and skill, I'd love to take one of these, and combine it with one of those hydrogen electrolysis kits on a Civic, and see what kind of mileage it gets! There's a lot of claims (100 mpg! Woo-hoo!) that I'd like to see independently tested. At least these seem to be more based on science than the "magnets around the fuel lines" and Tornado throttle body doo-hickeys. Maybe a Mythbusters episode?
