Default 2003-2004 Mustang cobra "twin-mini intercoolers"

well, ive been looking for this company for awhile. its been a year or so since i saw the article, but now i need this setup due to limited room...(im installing the "terminator" cobra engine into a fox)

the setup has 2 mini intercoolers mounted behind the foglight area of the 03-04 front bumper. it said it improved cooling, and added room...but i have yet to see any.

if anyone has heard of this company, or the setup, please let me know. thanks in advane for any info

You can't intercool a roots style Blower, the intercooler is under the Blower itself. I think you are talking about dual heat exchangers for the water that cools the superchargers intercooler.

The best setup to better cool the internal intercooler is to run a large (or 2 small) heat exchanger (Mini Radiator) and run it with a separate water pump and fluid reservoir.

I dont know of any on the market right now but we could put a setup like this together for anybody that would like one for there 03-04 Cobra or even GT500's

Email me if you need on made for you, we can custom tailor it to your application!

Thanks

Ford Racing, Saleen, and Kenne Bell sell intercooler upgrade kits for those who purchased non intercooled superchargers. These are complete kits, which should work for your' application.

Except for the fact that you cannot just buy the intercooler, you have to buy the "KIT" which is way more than just a intercooler.

Many people are running into the same problem, which we are trying to address. If you have the need for a intercooler for your non intercooled roots blower kit then let me know and I will do whatever I can to help you figure out something that will work.

Aside from that, the cores that are available through all of the companies you listed above are almost all made by Honeywell. And if you havent read by now, the OEM Saleen & Cobra Intercoolers are failing and causing serious damage to the engine. Same goes for the GT500 and Lightning. I am also pretty sure the the KB kits are using a variation of the Lightning intercooler core which is leaking and also causing total engine failure and destruction.

If you want to buy the Kits, have at it, I would only suggest that you take out insurance that covers you engine! lol

Since there are just about 15 different configurations on the same core construction base for the roots blower kits that have a Honeywell core, it is going to take some time for use to create a layout for each application. We are also working on providing a race version for each system that needs it.

I encourage anyone that is having issues with their current setup to contact us. We will be offering discounts to anyone that has a setup that we do not currently offer.

Thanks

Folks if he has a whole terminator motor the intercooler is in the intake valley below the intake and superchager...he needs the "heat exchanger", lines and pump I'd assume...
Anyways you can easily find those parts on Ebay, it's easy enough to intall it in front of the radiator, or like the man above said he can fab a custom one if needed...how in the world you are going to shoehorn that engine in a Fox is beyond me, but let us see it when you are done!

Exclamation A few samples of what we can do for you.

Honestly you may not even need a custom one. Currently we are offering 9 different heat exchangers for applications from Vortech Aftercoolers to Stage-3 Heat Exchangers for GT500, Cobra, Saleen, Roush & Lightning.

I am sure with the amount of work that is going to be needed just to get that engine in there would be much harder than making one of our H/E's works.

Here are just a couple different ones:
