You might want to check the screen under the PCV. Pull out the PCV and the grommet and jam a pair of long tipped needle nose pliers down on the hole with the jaws open about a 1/4. Squeeze and pull it out, if you used the one from your stock intake as most aftermarket intake install manuals tell you to then chances are it is plugged up. You can get rid of it all together if you run a catch tank between the upper and lower intake PCV line.
If that screen is clogged then that dipstick is going to pop out no matter where you run the PCV line. I have had that happen on tons of blower cars. Just be glad its boosted and not N/A with HCI, the HCI cars dont build enough pressure to shoot out the stick, instead they just spit out valve cover gaskets and front intake gaskets.
Before you do anything, try running it again with the oil fill cap off, there is a baffle in there so dont worry about oil shooting out. If it runs fine then just put a breather on it instead of the cap until you feel like getting dirty.
This is rare but it does happen, when you first start the car take out the stick and pull off the fill cap, if there is little white puff's popping out like a train then you fried your rings and the extra crank case pressure generated by blow by cannot be addressed by the PCV, you will also notice that the PCV will be dripping oil when you pull it out and #4 and #8 plugs will have some oil on them. If this is the case then just start saving for a nasty motor and ride it hard until it blows, you might as well have fun with it! lol
