I don't know what year your car is exactly, but that shouldn't matter too much... Using the specs you've listed, I priced out a new kit from rpmoutlet.com to be around $4,460. And Procharger's website listed your kit as $5400! So, I don't think the guy's asking too much, especially with the other stuff thrown in. Maybe try 3 grand...
But on the other hand: buyer beware! It's obviously a used kit; also find out why he's dumping it. Is he upgrading, selling the car, or getting rid of banged-up parts? For your sake, I hope it's one of the former... And I think he/you mean K&N filter, cuz this blower's gonna replace the intake.
