Default 87 octane-friendly mods

I don't have access to premium fuel here, as wierd as it sounds, it's mandatory to stay with 87. I can see an exhaust and intake, is there any tuners that can run on 87? Any other ideas what I can do (no gear swapping, need the longer legs).

Thanks in advance!!

Cheers,

Mike.

You can absolutely get a custom tune for 87 octane.

Intake, headers, Midpipe, catback, tune... I am sure there is more you can do, but just to get you started

pulleys, headers, heads, fuel injectors, cams, x pipes, pretty much any thing you cam think of thats going to keep your engine naturally aspirated. even a tuner from superchips would work great.

Well that's good news, wasn't sure what I could do. Picked it up late yesterday, I like!! I can see adding an auxilary set of 100w lights though (highways are dark, no lighting, lot's of moose and deer. Must dig around to find what would look good along with the oem aux lights....

Thanks again!!!!

Mike.
