I have a 1969 Mach 1 with the 351 w and plans to stroke to the 408. I want to install a blower and have found that Paxton has a kit. That said I want someones real life opinion about the carb over blower. The install looks easy enough but is tunning easy, does it work well, any trouble areas, and do they make good power! Any help would be very useful. Thanks for the help in advance...

I have this setup on a 408. Look at my posts and you will see a pic of a novi 2000 setup. They sell the 1000 and 1500 also and for a blow through you cant beat it with a stick. It is MUCH easier to tune since the entire carb is encased in the hat so the entire carb is under pressure making it much easier to tune in most any blow through carb. MIne made 752 HP on the dyno with the novi 2000 and once it's tuned I expect to make over 800! Also where are you going to buy it?
