Default Different types of x-pipes..... Need help

Alright I have a few questions about x-pipes. Is there any kind of difference between these two x-pipes in performance and sound?

This one is made by Pypes. That uses 4 pipes

Or this one that uses 2 pipes

The main deal on any exhaust pipe is how straight is the curve? Anything less that say 9° of a curve is faster flowing. So, choose who has the least curve, no matter how much pipes use. So, say 4 pipes have 4 welds in the way but have a less curve than the less welded protrusions to disrupt the flow.
