Default what's wrong with my blowoff valve?

i have an issue that i could use some help with. i have a procharger on my 00gt. as anyone familiar with procharger knows, the stock valve sucks and leaks by quite a bit. i ran with it anyway, until it developed a leak on the vacuum side. i got the bosch style one cuz it seemed popular. but it always makes this weird fluttering type sound. kinda like it can't quite flow enough air. which would make sense cuz it's a 90deg turn and the holes are 1/2" smaller. but i've read others using them, so i'm confused. so i tried getting a more expensive one, the turbonetics raptor. but when i hooked it up and tested the opening of the valve, it would only come off it's seat about 1/4". there is a line to hook up a hi side to help open the valve quicker, but i would have guessed the valve would open just on vacuum. does anyone have any input on the turbonetics valve or maybe a better one that you use and works without any crap?

thanks, hope someone out there can help.

why kind of bov do you have? i emailed turbonetics, but they haven't responded. i'll probably call them tomorrow. this is really annoying me. thought more people on here would have some insight.

I have a bosh bypass valve, it says its set from 0 - 10 psi, I have found replacments but there set at 8-12 psi, not sure what the difference is but I would love to get rid of it and just buy a replacement valve.
