01 v6 mustang cam opinion

i was thinking about putting a performance cam in my automatic v6 mustang. has anyone out there know what size or company to go with? also how much horsepower do you think i would gain from a performance cam? i was looking at a cam from super six motorsports its the 207/215 anyone have any info on that? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

i was gonna send you a link to the super six website lol seems you found that.. go with what they reccomend call them up... get one of the power packages
