i'm not sure what about reducing power but if your wanting a louder tone i would suggest simply taking the axle backs off and replacing them with pipe to tips.. i see you live in texas do you to do emissions testing?

Don't get glasspacks. They are for 70's v-8 pickups. Any modern cat back system from a major manufacturer (Flowmaster, MAC, Borla, Magnaflow, etc.) will give you what you want in terms of sound, power, fit, and emissions.

No they do not reduce power in any way. The fiberglass is only a sound deadener.

Most states have a sound ordinance law that is measured in decibels.Check your local state or city codes to be exact.
