the pcv valve seems to be popping out under boost ( not shoot out but just undoes its self) while in itll stay in until 6 lbs of pressure, is it a worn groment or just something bad?

Is the pcv valve still hooked to the intake?

That should be re-plumbed to the inlet side of the blower.

Put a clamp on the hose and teflon tape around the base of the PCV. Just don't let the tape interfere with the opening. Mine hasn't come out since I did this.

Did you remove the tube going from the T-body to the valve cover and cap the ends? If not, do that.

I'm pushing over 15 psi and I still have the tube from the valve cover to the TB connected. Where is the PCV going to? From the lower intake to what?

Lets back up. If you hold the valve in your hand there is a small side and a large side correct? The hose goes on the small side with a clamp. The large side goes into a rubber fiting in the lower intake. Did you put the tape on the large side?

hmmm i dont know how to explain this but the hose slips onto a metal thing stiking out which fits into a black plastic piece with ridges ( which i put teflon on ) that goes into the back of the motor or lower intake iguess

If both fit snug, then you have another problem. Maybe too much pressure in the valley(lifter/push rod area). What is your oil pressure?

BTW the other end of the hose goes to the upper intake. Which intake do you have?
