Default Dose Anyone Know What My Compression Ratio Should Be Set At

Im building a 331 stroker Dart block with Trickflow TW heads that are CNC ported, a custom cam, Holly Systemax intake and i want to add a Vortec S-trim. My goal is to achieve 600 rwh but dont know how much boost needed to run to get to my goal and what compression ratio needed for this type of set up, My car is mostly going to run California 91 octaine pump gas but can also run some race fuel when needed but am trying to do this goal on pump gas. Anyone out there have some good advice or experiance with this type of goal or set up. Thanks!

I'd go with a 9.4:1 compression ratio.

Why do you recommend 9.4:1 ?

I run 8.5 with our turbo set up. keeping the compression low will let you run more boost and the S/C is much more efficient at getting the air in the engine then the engine itself. But with pulling compression out it can make it a bit lazy driving around on the street.. How are you gone to be tuning this thing? what are you gone to run for a cam? do you have to pass Cal. emissions? I would shoot for 9.0:1 maybe a bit less depending on camshaft
