Default i need help with what rollar rockers and other things i should get for my 5.0!

hi i plan on getting a set of gt40p heads and a e303 cam....i was wondering if i should get rollar rockers or different lb injectors....right now all my car has done to it is gt40 upper and lower intake....3.73 rear.....and bbk headers....if you could just let me know what else i coud do to improve my performance without going crazy expensive that would be great....

i think i would get some 1.6 roller rockers and a 65mm throttle body and egr spacer. big G

Roller rockers are necessary when lift gets much above .550" or so. At those lifts, the rocker arms moves back and forth so much that it pushes the valve stem around, and wears out the guides. The E303 cam has .498" of lift. You could easily get away with standard stamped rockers if your budget is tight.

Rollers do decrease friction to a very small degree. If you're racing, and need every last little bit of HP lap after lap, it might be worth it. Otherwise.......

Also, I'm not a real fan of the Ford letter cams. They're OK, and will make more power than stock. But a SBF generally does better with a dual pattern cam. The exhaust ports are so mismatched to the intakes that a little extra help there goes a long way. A good comp cams part costs about the same.
