I've seen great numbers from a stock 5.0 HO cam. Why? Because the stock cam has 116 deg lobe separation.
Lobe separation is important in a turbocharged engine. You don't want too much overlap. This causes boost to blow out an open valve. 116 lobe separation is the bare minimum.
Since the turbocharger pressurizes the intake system, filling the cylinders is your least problem. Getting the exhaust out is more important. The exhaust should have at least 10 deg more duration than the intake.
As far as lobe lift goes, that depends on your engine size, cyl. heads, and turbine AR (rpm range of the turbo)
