Default Foxbody SC to an SN95?

I keep seeing these Vortech (or other) supercharger kits selling for $1500 or less. The problem is, that they're for the foxbodies, and I have a 1995 GT 5.0.

I email the sellers, and they say something like, "Well, I think all you need is a new pipe... yadayadayada..."

What's the truth to get say, a Vortech S-Trim designed for a fox, to fit my 95? What will I need?

You need the correct bracket, the SN95s and Foxes have the accesories in different locations.
You also need to modify or change the discharge and intake pipes.

Rob is right. If you can fabricate a few items you can make it work.

The bracket is about 450 from vortech and you definitely need to buy there discharge tube also, so it might now be worth it. You can customize the intake system, but I don't think there is enough room for the filter in the stock location.

Check out the difference in discharge tube size and intake location on my cars.
