Cool 1994 Mustang GT Headers and exhaust for supercharger questions?

Okay I've went ahead and set a goal of around 600 rwhp for my street machine/cruiser. I'm planning on using a Kenne Belle Blowzilla kit. But before I buy it, since it'll set me back a bit, I'm upgrading the exhaust. I've decided to go with long tube headers 1 3/4" with 3" collectors, a 3" off-road mid pipe and a 3" cat-back system. The questions floating around my head are: will this whole 3" exhaust cause back pressure problems until i get my blower?, if I swap my plans and get the blower first will the stock exhaust suffice? Take in account that I won't be hitting the full 600 at first either cuz I'll have to rebuild and also the first pulley for the blower that i'm getting will only be 8psi. I stated the 600 HP as my eventual goal nothing else. Any help or insightful information on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

You shouldnt see any problems from having the new exhaust now other than u may notice a little less torque due to the loss of backpressure as u said, but it shouldnt cause any mechanical issues
