I just installed a basic vortech kit on my 92 vert a few months ago, I already want to upgrade it to a HO kit. I've already aquired most the parts needed for the upgrade, question is do I need to replace the plastic discharge tube with the aluminum one, or will the plastic one hold up to 8-10 pounds of boost? Open to suggestions

The plastic one will hold up with that kind of boost. The metal ones are nice because they are easier to install the bypass fitting into it.
